Call for International Program Evaluators


NLNAC has initiated the process of accreditation for programs located outside the United States and its territories and is seeking candidates to conduct consultative and accreditation site visits for international programs beginning in 2011.

To be eligible, current program evaluators must meet the following requirements:

• Candidates must have current experience as an NLNAC program evaluator and have served as a member of a team on at least three (3) site visits.
   
• Candidates must have international travel experience and be physically able and willing to travel to programs outside the United States.
   
• Preference will be given to those individuals whose nursing programs are currently engaged in international/global activities.

NLNAC invites current program evaluators interested in being considered for international site visits to apply by submitting the following:

• Letter of interest
• Current CV/resume
• Letter of support from your governing organization
• Information specifying travel experience and work with international nursing programs and/or students

All program evaluators selected to be international site visitors will receive additional training and education at a Program Evaluator Forum.
